We are new farmers with a vision to provide nutrient dense, locally grown, produce that supports and enhances a healthy lifestyle. We utilize organic practices without certification(yet) using hybrid processes that include traditional and new technological practices. Our most important goal is to provide wholesome, healthy, fresh produce which our consumers will rave about to their family and friends. Instead of a traditional riding tractor, we utilized a walk behind tractor designed by European market gardeners. Farmer Mark worked in a variety of industries to become adept a supply chain management, proficient in LEAN and Six Sigma disciplines. Farmer Sylvia, a graduate of PCHS class of 1981, is a Marketing expert.
Our Market Garden is growing a variety of wholesome vegetables, with both standard and unique varieties which we will offer at the peak of freshness including Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Kale, Collards, Okra, Eggplant, Cantaloupe, Zucchini and Yellow Summer Squash, Winter Squash(Pumpkins), Watermelon, and Peppers.
